Beto and the Dems are Practicing FASCISM: Read It.

Reality check: Robert Francis is calling for bans on legal gun ownership while he calls for legalization of heroin and other opiates. He used the phrase "Any law that is not followed or flagrantly abused, there have to be consequences" in reference to questions about what would happen if police went and barged into someones house to confiscate guns. This is fascism folks. Nazi-style, Hugo Chavez, kick the door down, "the government declared you bad" jack-booted fascism. This from the guy that declared every illegal immigrant was just a harmless family looking for a better life. Bullshit. Beto and others want to turn law-abiding Americans into criminals by decree, and criminals into a favored class of democratic voters...also by decree. Regular people see this is wrong, even democrats. They see these globalists pitting citizen against citizen as they push to eliminate our borders and subvert our constitution with the ultimate goal of ending it. They've adopted the "severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition" part of Fascism, promising to spend all our money, take from the rich, not require the poor to work, end our rights, eliminate freedom of speech, label everything as bad or racist that doesn't fit their agenda and basically wreck us. It's odd how few veterans there are among them. It's odd how they support the fascist Antifa movement. It's laughable they openly oppose Trump with sanctuary cities, but when Trump says send illegals there, these same people block that and call him cruel. Biden gets a billion dollars from Ukraine and they dismiss it automatically. Trump makes a phone call and they pounce on him like a tiger on a steak. Hillary contacts the Russians to get them to interfere with the 2016 elections and they dismiss it automatically. They accuse, yes, they accuse him of doing the same thing and it led to a fake Russian dossier, an illegal FISA warrant, a fraudulent special counsel investigation, and a result they refused to recognize. It's not surprising they require no accountability among themselves but require it from everyone else. Fascism, plain and simple. My brain hurts. End.

The Constitution and the #NRA: The View from my Foxhole

I hear a lot of people talking about the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution. Here's a bit of clarification: In the premable of the Bill of Rights, it says "The Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added." It is clear to me that the 2nd Amendment is meant to allow citizens to "keep and bear arms" to protect ourselves from the government. The founders were clearly taking steps to prevent the government from abusing its power. Politicians clearly hate this. Any time someone says the Constitution is out-dated, or not specific, I call bullshit. Sure, we can talk about a citizen's right to high-capacity magazines or weapons of war (I don't think people need), but the basic right to keep and bear arms should be maintained, as the amendment says "shall not be infringed." The laws regarding felons and mental patients already exist. Enforce them. It's tricky business because of a thing called the 4th Amendment (Rights against unlawful search and seizure). It's illegal to just bust in someone's house because they're a felon or mental patient to see if they're armed. Background check laws already exist. Enforce them. The Gun-Show loophole is gone. Enforce it. Automatic weapons are already illegal unless you are a licensed federal dealer. Bump stocks should be too. Provide mandatory gun training just like a driver's license, hunting license, or scuba certificate. NRA has been advocating all these things for years.
